This series consists of accumulated monthly reports to the Secretary of the Department of Community Development from all divisional and regional heads with the department detailing monthly activities in the respective divisions and regions. The functions of Community Development have evolved to now be the responsibilities of the Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet (Local Government and Community development and senior agency), the Department of Health (Welfare), the Department of Attorney General and Justice (Correctional Services), and the Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (Arts and Culture, Sports and Heritage)
